Christine Kiley

CK Associates, formerly Central Asian Art,  was founded by Christine Kiley in 2001 while living in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. There she discovered a compelling need for the local art community to reach beyond its borders. Initially Christine collected and sold the work of 20 Tashkent artists to foreigners in Tashkent in several exhibitions.

Turned out, the foreign community was starved for local art. Tashkent’s artists were introduced to private collectors in The Netherlands, Germany, France, Hungary, Spain, the United Kingdom, Japan, Italy, and the United States. Approximately 400 paintings were sold at each event bringing much-needed funding to the artists.

Christine's travels took her again out of the country to Warsaw, Poland. There she approached the local art scene with the same strategy. Large-scale art exhibits started to pop up at Warsaw’s finest hotels. An event called ‘Art Over Easy,’ Christine’s creation, exhibited reams of art during a popular weekly brunch at the Hotel InterContinental.

Now based in Washington, DC, Christine continues to help clients find and enjoy art.
